Work With Me
RESERVE THE DAY.
OWN THE QUARTER.
One day in your world — an event, a room that already respects you, your hands on the work — becomes the film, the site, the reels and the photo library you run on for the next six months.
Half days from $1,500. Full days from $2,500. Stack days and the rate drops at three.

TWO RESERVED DAYS RETURNED $103,176 IN 46 DAYS
Cost per purchase fell from $42.54 to $16.99 while the ad budget tripled. Same account, same audience, same offer — the footage was the variable.
Read the case studyWHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY
Four things run in parallel from the moment I show up. You keep working. I keep rolling.
YOU, WORKING
Verité coverage in your environment — your hands, your process, the decisions, the room. No posing, no stiff corporate b-roll. I stay out of your way and shoot what is actually happening.
This is the footage every future edit is built on.
THE ROOM, ON RECORD
On-camera interviews with the people who showed up — customers, peers, partners, the ones who already vouch for you. What you do, and why it mattered to them, in their words.
Third-party proof you are not allowed to write for yourself.
THE DROPS
Three to five scheduled sit-downs, scripted with you before the day: your Why, the problems you solve, and why a client should trust you with theirs. Quiet room, real answers.
These are the pieces that actually convert.
PORTRAITS & STILLS
Headshots and in-action frames, shot portrait and landscape, graded to match the film. Framed for the places you actually need them — website hero, profile photo, press, proposals.
Enough to rebuild your site and every profile you own.
THE DAY MATH
Every piece below is something businesses already pay for one at a time, on separate days, from separate people. One reserved day produces all of it from the same footage.
Bought separately
- Brand film, agency-produced$3,500 – $8,000
- 6 social reels at $250–500 each$1,500 – $3,000
- 2 customer testimonial videos$2,400
- Headshot session$500 – $900
- One-page website$997 – $2,500
To hire the five people I replace — videographer, social media manager, web developer, ad buyer, content strategist — would cost $25,000–$33,000/month in salaries alone. Before benefits, equipment, and the 3–6 months to get them working together.
RESERVE THE DAY
This is the capture. What gets edited, published and built from it is priced separately below — so you never pay for a day you did not use, or deliverables you did not want.
4 Hours
HALF DAY
$1,500
One event, one location. Enough for the drops, a round of interviews, and a working b-roll pass.
8 Hours
FULL DAY
$2,500
The whole arc — setup, the event, the room afterward. This is what most people book, and where the math works hardest.
Stack days, drop the rate
- •3–4 days — 10% off the capture total. Three full days lands at $6,750.
- •5+ days — 15% off the capture total. Five full days lands at $10,625.
- •Days do not have to be consecutive. Book the quarter, spend them when the good stuff happens.
50% deposit reserves the date, balance due the day of. Overtime past your booked block runs $325/hr in 30-minute increments — events run long, and I do not leave when it gets good. Stacked days must be used within 12 months.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
Pick the package that matches how much you plan to publish. Every one attaches to at least one reserved day — the day is the raw material, this is what it becomes.

LET'S TALKPrices are per booking, not per day. A single full day feeds any package here. More days means more angles, more interviews and more locations in the same edit — not a bigger invoice for the same work.
ADD-ONS
Bolt any of these onto a booking. Most people add one. Nobody needs all of them.
For events where the keynote and the hallway are both worth having.
The untouched files, drive included. Free with Legacy.
I post it, on schedule, so it does not sit in a folder.
Timeline cut in half.
The work never appears in my portfolio or case studies.
If you would rather read it than remember it.
A second landing page off the same shoot.
Overnight $250/night. Out-of-state days bill at the half-day rate plus flights and lodging.
Bigger than one page is a separate build and a separate conversation.
THE QUALITY YOU CAN EXPECT
Anybody can point a phone at you. This is the difference between footage and film — and the reason the same content converts at a different rate.
PICTURE
Cinema-grade, not content-grade.
- •Captured in 6K on a cinema body and recorded in 12-bit RAW, so nothing is baked in and everything stays recoverable in the edit
- •Shallow depth of field — you separated cleanly from your background, with the soft dimensional falloff you recognise from film instead of the flat, everything-in-focus look of a phone
- •Shot flat in log, then hand colour-corrected and graded: skin tones matched shot to shot, one consistent look across the entire day
- •Masters delivered in 4K; social cuts framed and finished as true vertical, never a crop of a wide shot after the fact
- •24fps for story, high-frame-rate slow motion where it actually earns it
- •Delivered broadcast-safe — it looks correct on a phone, a laptop and a TV
SOUND
Two recordings of every word.
- •Dual-system audio: a wireless lav on you and a directional mic on the room, recording independently, so one failure never costs a take
- •48 kHz, 24-bit, with a safety track running underneath every clip in case you get loud
- •Room tone captured at every location so the cuts breathe instead of clicking
- •Dialogue de-noised, EQ'd and mastered to −16 LUFS for social and −14 LUFS for web
- •Audible in a car, on desktop speakers, and through a single earbud on a loud sidewalk
STILLS
Photos that match the film.
- •The same cinema grade applied to your stills, so your photos and your video read as one body of work instead of two different brands
- •Delivered full-resolution for print and web-optimised for your site, retouched
- •Every frame delivered in portrait (4:5), landscape (3:2) and square (1:1)
- •Framed for real use — headshot crops, website hero crops, and in-action frames you can build a page around
LIGHT
Your room stays your room.
- •Available light and practicals shaped, not replaced — no sterile studio setup dropped into your space
- •Lighting that flatters without announcing itself, so the footage reads as documentary rather than staged
- •Enough control that a bad-lighting venue never becomes a bad-looking film
HOW IT RUNS
No mystery, no scope creep. Five steps from the deposit to the day it is live.
01
RESERVE
50% deposit holds your date. Pick the day around something real — an event, a launch, a room that already respects you.
02
PRE-SHOOT CALL
30 minutes, about a week out. Run of show, who I am interviewing, wardrobe, and we script your three drops together.
03
THE DAY
I show up early, stay out of your way, and run all four capture lanes. You do your job. I do mine.
04
SELECTS & GRADE
Everything gets sorted, colour-corrected, graded and mixed. You see cuts before anything is final.
05
DELIVER & PUBLISH
Reels, photos, film, b-roll library and your page — handed over ready to post, with the captions and hooks already written.
THE PART NOBODY ELSE PUTS IN WRITING
Every shoot that goes sideways goes sideways for one of the reasons below. So here they are, before you book, instead of after.
What you need to have ready
A point person on site who can make decisions without checking with you
Permission from the venue or event to film, secured before the day — not negotiated at the door
Three or more interview subjects lined up and told what they are walking into
A quiet room for about 30 minutes for the drops
Wardrobe: one or two changes, solid colours, no fine patterns — they strobe on camera
Logo, fonts and any existing photography if a website is in scope
Releases, permission, and who owns what
I bring signed talent releases and every person who appears on camera signs one. An interview without a release is an interview I legally cannot publish, and that is the most common reason event footage dies in a folder.
You secure venue and event filming permission ahead of the day. You receive perpetual, worldwide, all-media rights to everything I deliver — use it forever, anywhere, including paid ads.
I retain the right to use the work in my portfolio and case studies. If you want it kept off all of that, exclusivity is an add-on. Every published piece uses licensed music, so nothing gets pulled down later.
Deposits, reschedules and weather
A 50% deposit reserves your date; the balance is due the day of. The deposit becomes non-refundable inside 7 days of the shoot, because at that point I have turned down the date.
One free reschedule with 14+ days notice. Inside 14 days the deposit moves once, then it is forfeited.
Outdoor shoots: we make the weather call together 24 hours out, and a weather reschedule is always free.
Revisions and turnaround
Every deliverable includes one revision round — notes given all at once, not trickled in over three weeks. Additional rounds run $125/hr.
Turnaround starts the day after the shoot and is listed on each package. Rush delivery cuts the timeline in half for 35%.
What "raw footage" actually means
Raw and colour-graded are opposites, so here is the honest version.
In every package: your b-roll library as graded, transcoded, organised clips — 4K, colour-matched, sorted so you can find things, light enough to drop straight into CapCut or hand to whoever edits for you.
Not included unless you add it: the camera-original files. They are 12-bit RAW, run several gigabytes per minute, and are unusable without professional software. They ship on a drive — included with Legacy, $350 otherwise.
Travel
Anywhere within 60 miles of Villa Rica is included — that covers most of West Georgia and metro Atlanta.
Beyond that: $0.70 per mile, $250 per night if an overnight is needed, and out-of-state travel days bill at the half-day rate plus flights and lodging. I will always tell you the number before you commit to it.
PICK YOUR DAY
Tell me what is on your calendar — the event, the launch, the room where people already treat you like the answer. I will tell you what one day there is worth, and exactly what you would walk away with. If it is not worth it, I will tell you that too.
